What should be considered?

We require the statement of benefits from your social insurance.
For private doctor invoices, a diagnosis or a note of the treatment performed must be included.
For invoices for glasses or contact lenses, the diopter number must be indicated.
Physiotherapy and psychotherapy invoices can only be reimbursed if a prescription from the doctor is included.
Medically prescribed medications are reimbursed including the prescription fee.
