How can I submit my invoices?

Proceed as follows:

Copy, scan or photograph
your invoices in such a way
that they are easy to read.

Send original invoices to
the Sozialversicherung (SV) social insurance fund -
this can also be done online.

Send the service statement
from the SV social insurance fund with
copies of the invoices to UNIQA or submit them conveniently via the myUNIQA app


You will receive
a cash transfer for
the services covered.

Which further documents and
information do I need to provide?

In addition to your invoices, we require the following:

  • Policy number
  • Patient data
    First name, surname, address, date of birth, social security number
  • Service statement from the Sozialversicherung social insurance fund
    except in the case of social security substitute tariffs.
  • In the case of invoices for glasses or contact lenses, the dioptre number. In case of initial contact, the prescription.
  • In case of invoices for private doctors, the diagnosis

To which account will the transfer be made?
To the account from which premiums are taken. If you would prefer to use a different account, please let us know the IBAN and BIC.
Will all costs be reimbursed?
This depends on the treatment and the insurance contract. The reimbursed costs from the social insurance fund and private health insurance, however, together amount to a maximum of 100%.
